Absolutely NO CANCELLATION upon order placement.

Limited FREE SHIPPING Policy:

We offer FREE SHIPPING PROMO 3 to 4 times per year.
PetHub Manila solely has the authority over our FREE and PROMOTIONAL SHIPPING RATE

Shipping Time:

Within Metro Manila - 3 to 5 days (weekends and holidays not counted)

Any parts of Luzon (outside Metro Manila) - 4 to 7 days (weekends and holidays not counted)

Visayas and Mindanao - 5 to 15 days (weekends and holidays not counted)

 

REMOTE AREA DELIVERY: (Out of Delivery Area)

If your area is unreachable by courier. Pet Hub Manila shipping managers or our trusted courier will contact you for COP(Cash on Pick-Up) method instead. We will inform you on the nearest branch pick-up area. Mostly on a nearby city or municipality and nearby common commercial establishments in your area.
